Return & Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY

We provide a 7-day return policy. Any return should be initiated within seven(7) days of the delivery of the product. No claims will be entertained for after seven(7) days have passed.

To be eligible for a return, all products must be returned in their original package and condition with all tags attached, unused and without damage.

Damaged products to be reported within 48 hours from the time of delivery for return/exchange with the photograph of damaged goods. No claims will be entertained for refund/replacement after 48 hours.

Only if the product is damaged or a wrong product is delivered to the customer, the courier charges of the returned product will be borne by WoW India Collection.

WoW India Collection will try to arrange the pick up. However, for some remote/rural locations, the customer might have to ship it themselves. The customer will be notified for the same.

HOW TO RETURN?

1. If you want to return the product you ordered, follow these steps:

  • Sign in to your WoW India Collection account.
  • Go to your order history and select the order where you purchased the product.
  • Select the product to return and request for the return by clicking “Make an RMA slip”. A request will be sent to the admin.

2. The admin of WoW India Collection will process your request, depending upon the reason for returning the product. We will send an email about this.

3. Once your return request is approved, you can ship the product to:

4. Once your returned product is received and inspected to be free from any defect, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Thereafter, your refund will be processed and a voucher of full or partial amount of your returned product will be applied to your account.

EXCHANGE POLICY (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us via email . The exchange is subject to the availability of the same product.

If you want a different product in return, please follow the return process above and we will provide you a voucher which you can use to purchase any other product of your choice.

REFUND POLICY (IF APPLICABLE)

All payments, once made, absolutely final and non refundable.

Refunds, whenever applicable, are done only through WoW India Collection vouchers.

CANCELLATION

The customer can only cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product has been shipped, whichever is earlier. No cancellations will be processed after 24 hours.

In order to request cancellation, contact the support along with the order number and the reason to cancel the order.

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 4 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund as per refund policy. You will be notified for the same.
